1) Information we collect

Panic Operator is designed to work without an account. In normal use, we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.

Depending on how you use the app, we may process:

• Subscription status from Apple so paid content can be unlocked.
• Notification permission and device token if you choose to receive push notifications.
• Support messages if you contact us by email.
• Basic diagnostic information if Apple shares crash or performance reports with us or with the app developer.

2) Information we do not collect

Panic Operator does not include features that let people post or message each other, so we do not collect:

• Messages, chats, friend lists, or social feeds
• User-generated story submissions or uploads
• Photos, microphone recordings, or camera content as part of normal app use
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting
• Precise location data
• Payment card details

3) How we use information

We use the limited information above to:

• show free and subscriber-only stories, ambient audio, wallpapers, and archive content
• send optional push notifications about new fictional anomalies or story drops
• restore access to content after reinstalling the app
• respond to support requests
• improve stability and fix bugs

4) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app, support subscriptions, and handle your requests. If you disable notifications, the app can stop using your push token for future deliveries.

5) Push notifications

Panic Operator may offer optional push notifications announcing new fictional “anomalies” within the app’s universe. These alerts are for entertainment only.

• Notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time in iOS settings.
• If you enable them, Apple may provide a device token so notifications can be delivered.
• We do not use notifications to send spam, ads, or real-world emergency alerts.

Manage notification settings in iOS Settings → Notifications → Panic Operator.

6) Subscriptions

Some content in Panic Operator is available through an optional auto-renewable subscription. A subscription can unlock exclusive stories, ambient audio, wallpapers, and additional archive content.

Billing is processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may share limited subscription status information so the app knows what content to unlock.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings.
• You can manage or cancel them in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• If unlocked content does not appear after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases if available.

7) Apple standard terms

8) Children’s privacy

Panic Operator is an entertainment app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not include messaging, accounts, or user-generated content, it minimizes the need for personal data.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when the most recent version was posted.
