Panic Operator is an entertainment application.

All stories, CCTV recordings, archive files, ambient audio, images, wallpapers, investigations, and fictional incidents are created solely for entertainment purposes.

The App is not intended to:

• report real crimes;
• provide emergency information;
• replace professional advice;
• encourage dangerous behavior;
• represent actual surveillance footage.

3) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy the App;
• modify the App;
• reverse engineer the App;
• redistribute paid content;
• sell or sublicense any content;
• remove copyright notices.

4) Intellectual Property

All content available in Panic Operator, including but not limited to stories, archive files, videos, images, wallpapers, soundscapes, music, graphics, logos, interface design, and text, is owned by Panic Operator or licensed to Panic Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership is transferred to you.

5) Subscriptions

Some features require an optional subscription.

Subscriptions:

• are billed by Apple;
• renew automatically unless canceled;
• can be managed in your Apple ID settings;
• may be restored using the Restore Purchases feature.

Pricing may change in the future.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

6) Availability

We may:

• add new content;
• remove content;
• update archive files;
• modify features;
• discontinue features;
• perform maintenance.

We do not guarantee that specific stories or archive files will always remain available.

7) User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• interfere with the App's operation;
• copy or redistribute Premium content;
• violate applicable laws while using the App.

8) Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party websites or services, including Apple App Store, Patreon, and PanicOperator.com.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

9) Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panic Operator disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panic Operator shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
